摘要
解决脑卒中后的各类功能障碍是康复领域的重大难题,中枢神经系统的可塑性和兴奋性改变是功能恢复的基础。目前研究认为经颅磁刺激能对神经系统的兴奋性产生较大影响,对脑卒中后的功能恢复,包括改善运动功能、语言功能、吞咽功能和认知功能等有明显效果。
