<正>多糖是由单糖连接而成、聚合度超过10以上的多聚物,植物多糖是普遍存在于植物细胞壁及细胞中的一种成分,目前已有上百种多糖从自然界分离提取出来。大量研究证明,多糖具有其独特的生物活性,是许多中草药的主要活性物质,具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗辐射、抗衰老等功效,其中尤以免疫调节作用成为近年来研究开发的热点。植物多糖对机体的特异性和非特异性免疫都有影响,且有的具有双向免疫调节作用。药用植物多糖对免疫系统的调节作用涉及多个环节,其中主要包括:激活巨噬细胞、自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞),
