类风湿性关节炎缓解后的维持治疗研究进展

摘要：

类风湿性关节炎(RA)是一种以关节的炎症损害为主要特点的复杂、多系统自身免疫性疾病。关于RA缓解期的药物使用一直是长期以来困扰风湿病学界的难点和热点。近年随着改变病情抗风湿药的日益成熟、生物制剂的快速发展,使RA的维持治疗手段和药物选择更具灵活性,疗效、预后和药物不良事件控制较以往均有新的突破。本文就缓解后治疗的最新研究作一综述。
