<正>胸腰椎骨折脱位是常见的脊柱损伤,大多由交通事故引起。约50%的椎体骨折和40%的脊髓损伤发生于T11L2。与大部分脊柱创伤一样,大多数胸腰椎骨折发生于15～29岁的男性患者中,高能量致伤因素占65%以上。尽管各种非手术和手术治疗方法不断取得进步,但仍不能使截瘫患者得以完全康复,有关胸腰椎骨折的分类及治疗仍存在着一些争议。笔者旨在分析近年来国内外关注的胸腰段骨折的热点问题,总结胸腰段骨折治疗的现代理念和方法。1胸腰椎骨折的分类脊柱解剖结构及致伤机制瞬间的复杂性,使得脊柱损伤的分类方法繁多而复杂,目前国内外尚无统一的方法。具有代表性的分类法有Denis分类、
