摘要：

B型利钠利尿肽 (BNP)是主要由心室分泌的含 32个氨基酸的肽 ,具有利钠、利尿、扩张血管等作用。本文评价了近年来在 BNP研究中的一些新进展。国外已广泛开展床旁检测 ,用于评估心脏功能状况、危险分层、指导治疗等 ,并认为还没有哪项血液生化检查象 BNP这样强有力地指明诊断方向 ,在各种原因导致的心力衰竭和冠心病(尤其是急性冠脉综合征 )中有临床价值 ,而且将越来越受到临床医师的重视
