摘要
免疫系统是机体在长期进化中形成的一套机制复杂的防御系统 ,随着免疫学研究的深入 ,天然免疫系统在免疫应答中的重要性重新受到关注。 Toll样受体 (TL Rs)的发现 ,改变了以往认为病原体进化突变会使天然免疫识别的有效性减弱的看法。迄今为止 ,已在哺乳类动物中发现了 10种 TL Rs分子。本文对 TL Rs分子结构特点、识别配体与识别特点、相关信号转导途径及其研究意义作一述评。
