产学联盟绩效的影响因素分析:一个基于动机和行为视角的整合模型

摘要：

产学联盟绩效受到产学双方加入联盟的合作动机及合作行为的影响。在对相关文献进行回顾的基础上,构建了产学联盟绩效影响因素的整合模型,分析了产学双方合作动机、合作行为与产学联盟绩效之间的逻辑关系。最后,探讨了整合模型的理论意义。
