摘要：

企业家的选拔是每一个企业最艰难、也是最关键的环节.为了确保企业能够招聘到真正的企业家,采用文献分析的方法,归纳性地总结并提出了企业家能力资本的构成要素作为企业家选拔评价的理论框架;基于268份有效问卷通过探索性及验证性因子分析,构建了一个四要素组成的企业家能力资本内容,采用结构方程建模的方法对模型进行拟合,结果证明企业家能力资本选拔评价的要素由知识、智力、素质和健康4个要素32项条目构成.
