糖尿病心肌病存在和机制

摘要：

自从30年前,Ruberler等提出4名糖尿病患者在冠状动脉等正常的情况下发生了心力衰竭后,糖尿病心肌病的存在逐渐得到了广泛的认可,其诊断主要是排他性诊断,在除外冠心病、高血压病和瓣膜病后,糖尿病患者更加容易发生心力衰竭,75%不能解释的扩张型心肌病被证实为与糖尿病相关。
