摘要
基因阻断技术近年来发展迅速,已成为分子生物学研究的主要技术手段之一。RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)是由双链RNA介导的、在转录后mRNA水平关闭相应基因表达的过程。RNAi最初发现于某些植物中,随后在线虫、果蝇、斑马鱼中相续发现存在RNAi现象。最近,在哺乳动物细胞中的研究也取得满意结果。RNAi作为新兴的基因阻断技术,在人类基因功能研究、基因治疗方面已显示出巨大的前景。
