摘要：

<正>卒中是当今危害人类生命健康的主要疾病之一,具有极高的发病率和较高的病死率。2002年北京心肺血管疾病研究所报道,全年龄组急性卒中平均年龄标化发病率为116/10万,根据这一数据我国每年新发卒中病例200万左右。在这一患者群体中,感染是最常见的并发症,报道显示超过40%的患者卒中后并发呼吸道、泌尿系、消化道、鼻窦等部
