月桂酸-正辛酸低温相变材料的制备和循环性能

摘要
相变材料在蓄冷空调系统中具有广阔的应用前景。文中利用步冷曲线法绘制了月桂酸-正辛酸溶液的相图,找到了月桂酸-正辛酸溶液的共融点,其质量比为21∶79。经差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测试得到相变温度为7.0℃,相变潜热130.8 kJ/kg,可以作为相变材料使用。对该相变材料进行充冷和放冷的实验后,用DSC测得其循环20次的相变温度为7.58℃,相变潜热为134.4 kJ/kg,循环到40次的相变温度为7.73℃,相变潜热为134.0 kJ/kg,循环稳定性能良好,适合作为蓄冷空调用低温相变材料。
