早期帕金森病患者睡眠障碍相关分析

摘要：

目的评价早期帕金森病(PD)患者睡眠质量,探讨早期PD患者睡眠结构异常表现及睡眠障碍相关因素。方法选取PD患者53例,以匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表评定PD患者最近1个月的睡眠质量,并进行Hamilton抑郁量表评分,UPDRSⅢ、Hoehn-Yahr分期、Schwab和England量表评分和改良Weber评分。结果早期PD患者睡眠障碍的发生率为66%(35/53)。Hamilton抑郁评分、年龄与患者睡眠障碍相关r分别为0.511(P=0.000)和0.299(P=0.012)。睡眠障碍组和无睡眠障碍组主观睡眠质量(F1)、入睡时间(F2)、睡眠时间(F3)、睡眠效率(F4)、睡眠干扰(F5)存在差异。不同药物治疗组间睡眠障碍的发生率无差异。结论早期PD患者存在睡眠障碍,且和Hamilton抑郁评分、年龄相关。需关注早期PD患者睡眠质量,提高整体治疗效果。
