分子靶向药物引起的肺癌患者肝毒性的中医证治体会

摘要：

分子靶向药物的应用为肺癌的治疗带来了飞跃式的进步,但靶向药物的长期服用也出现了很多不良反应。其中肝毒性属常见不良反应,而且严重者不仅会导致靶向药物减量或停药,延误治疗,而且会危及患者生命。但传统中医学并没有靶向药物引起的肝毒性的记载,更无具体辨证论治描述,目前中医学者在这方面的研究也相对较少。我们长期从事肺癌专病的中医治疗,将靶向药物引起的肝毒性归于虚劳进行辨证论治,积累了一些经验,兹总结并浅谈体会,希望能为相关专业的医者提供诊疗思路。
