步态分析技术在人工髋关节置换术中的应用

摘要：

<正>人工髋关节置换术能够有效缓解患者的疼痛,恢复关节的活动功能,改善患者的生活质量,是当前最成功的外科治疗手段之一。术后针对手术疗效进行评估的手段多种多样,步态分析技术是其中比较客观的方法之一。步态分析技术近20年来随着计算机技术的快速发展而蓬勃兴起,目前越来越广泛地被应用于人工髋关节置换术后的疗效评价,通过收集人体运动学、动力学以及动态肌电图数据,对患者功能进行量化评价,比较不同置换术式、手术入路等因素对手术效果
