Morton finds recognition of scientific community as property of scientists by analyzing the priority disputes in science, and then discloses the reviewing system and stratification structure of science. However, the unsolved important pbobelm is how to set up the relationship between the recognition of scientific community and social distribution system. This paper proposes that the foundation of the relationship is the "collective contract" between scientific community and government and society. Furthermore, with the emergence and development of post-academic science, the scientific community is becoming divided. Multiform contracts between scientists and government and society come into being, and it results in new changes of the dynamics of the production of scientific knowledge.
