摘要：

近年来一些研究认为慢性炎症在2型糖尿病的发生发展中起重要作用。外周血白细胞计数是一种常见的慢性炎症反应细胞。本文从外周血白细胞计数与糖尿病及其大血管、微血管并发症的相关性角度进行综述。
