<正> Objective:To compare the targeting effects of lactosaminated alginate(AlgNP), polyethylene glycol-coated hydroxyapatite-poly-L-lysine nanoparticles (PLL-PCHNP)and relative nonlactosaminated ones load-ed with exogenous gene on liver via peripheral intravenous route.
