<正>维生素D与皮肤关系密切,它在皮肤的免疫反应中发挥了重要的作用。维生素D主要通过皮肤合成,同时维生素D与表皮上的维生素D受体(vitamin D receptor,VDR)结合后,参与调节免疫细胞的增殖和分化。现就维生素D的生理功能及其对皮肤的免疫作用和与皮肤相关疾病研究进展进行综述。1维生素D产生及其生理作用1.1维生素D的产生维生素D为人体必不可少的脂溶性
