<正> 超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase SOD)系统活性在所有需氧代谢细胞中出现并催化有毒性的超氧基因成为过氧化氢和分子氧的歧化作用。需氧细胞呼吸中分子氧在降解过程中产生中间物超氧基团(O2-)氧化基团进一步降解形成过氧化氢(H2O2)和羟基(OH-)。这些活性氧(O2-,H2O2,OH-)可损害DNA、RNA、蛋白质和磷脂,从而导致细胞结构和活性的破坏。为保护自身不受这些基团的损害,利用抗氧化物酶,如SOD、催化酶、过氧化物酶等,可以在有氧的环境中生长。根据辅基的不
