摘要：

采用电镜对3.4苯并茈诱发金地鼠肺腺癌进行观察。实验进行488天,有8只动物发生肺肿瘤。其中细支气管肺泡癌3例,低分化腺癌5例。实验结果证明周边型肺腺癌可来源于Clara细胞及Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞。
