重症急性胰腺炎大鼠血清Chemerin水平变化的实验研究

摘要：

目的探讨在重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)大鼠血清中Chemerin、C反应蛋白(C-reative protein,CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平的变化。方法胆胰管内注射5%牛黄胆酸钠造模。将动物随机分为对照组、假手术组、重症急性胰腺炎组,各组于术后12 h时间点处死动物,处死前抽血测血清淀粉酶、Chemerin、TNF-α、CRP水平,同时取处死大鼠的胰腺组织,测定胰腺/体重比值,行HE染色,观察大鼠胰腺组织病理变化。结果 SAP组血清Chemerin、CRP、TNF-α水平较正常对照组、假手术组均明显升高(P<0.01)。血清Chemerin、CRP、TNF-α水平改变与胰腺组织病理评分呈正相关(r=0.802、0.785,0.769,P<0.01)。结论 Chemerin可能与重症急性胰腺炎的发生、发展有关,可作为早期预测急性胰腺炎严重程度的有效指标之一。
