摘要
目的:评价Minimed动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)在血糖监测中的精确性及对糖尿病治疗措施调整的 指导作用。方法:对行CGMS检查的37例糖尿病患者的46例次完整资料进行分析,用误差表格分析等分析CGMS 血糖值和自我血糖监测(SGMS)血糖值之间的相关性、一致性,评价CGMS的精确性相关指标。结果:①患者行 CGMS检查的耐受性良好。②在总体水平,以及高、中血糖水平,CGMS血糖值与SGMS血糖值的相关性良好。 ③误差表格分析显示,99.8%的结果在A区和B区,提示CGMS在血糖监测方面误差较小。④根据CGMS检查结 果,可以针对性制定治疗方案,并且能够取得较好的治疗效果。结论:CGMS在血糖监测方面有获取信息量大、精密 度高以及可以指导治疗、制定针对性措施等优点。
