苜蓿和紫苏提取液对降低血脂保护肝及主动脉壁的作用

摘要
目的:通过大鼠实验观察苜蓿和紫苏的天然提取液混合物,对防治大鼠高脂血症以及对高脂血症引起的肝和主动脉壁损伤的保护作用。方法:将60只SD大鼠分成六组,每组10只。于不同条件下分别喂养7天或14天后,检测血脂、肝和主动脉壁的胆固醇含量及组织病理学改变。结果:高脂组大鼠的血清总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平、肝和主动脉壁胆固醇含量显著高于正常对照组;高脂组大鼠的肝组织,在光镜下可见肝细胞内脂滴和胆固醇沉积。高脂饮食同时给予提取液混合物的大鼠,各测定指标值则较高脂组显著降低。结论:苜蓿、紫苏提取液混合物可预防大鼠在高脂饮食状态下血清总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的升高及肝、主动脉壁胆固醇含量的升高,并可预防肝脂肪浸润和胆固醇沉积。
