护士心理一致感水平与工作受限的相关性分析

摘要：

[目的]了解护士心理一致感水平和工作受限的现状,并探讨两者之间的关系。[方法]采用护士心理一致感量表(SOC-13)及工作受限情况调查问卷对郑州市某三级甲等医院400名护士进行调查。[结果]护士心理一致感总分为61.28分±11.62分,工作受限得分43.16分±11.58分,护士心理一致感3个维度与工作受限总分呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。[结论]护士心理一致感处于中等偏下水平,工作受限处于中等水平,提升护士心理一致感水平,可减轻工作受限,提高工作效率。
