超重/肥胖多囊卵巢综合征饮食疗法的研究进展

摘要：

分析超重/肥胖多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的病理特征,发现饮食治疗对超重/肥胖PCOS患者有重要的治疗作用,饮食疗法对PCOS患者的人体测量学指标、生殖功能、代谢水平、心理因素等方面均有改善作用,健康合理的膳食结构是治疗超重/肥胖PCOS及预防并发症的重要手段。外国学者主要采用低热量、低碳水化合物、低脂类、低升糖指数等膳食模式,改善患者体质量和糖、脂代谢情况,进而控制内分泌紊乱状态提高促进生殖功能。在PCOS临床治疗中尤其是超重/肥胖PCOS应重视长期、规范的饮食干预。
