氨基酸平衡日粮中不同蛋白质水平对生长猪生长性能及血清生化指标的影响

摘要
试验选用平均体重为(30±2)kg杜长大三元杂交生长猪90头,随机分为3个处理组。以玉米-豆粕型日粮为基础,分别饲喂粗蛋白为14%、16%和18%的日粮,3个处理组日粮的赖氨酸、含硫氨基酸、苏氨酸、色氨酸水平相同且日粮理想氨基酸模式为赖氨酸∶含硫氨基酸∶苏氨酸∶色氨酸=100∶61∶64∶18。其目的是研究不同蛋白质水平的氨基酸平衡日粮(蛋白质水平分别为14%、16%和18%)对生长猪生长性能、血清生化指标及血清五羟色胺的影响。结果表明:在4种必需氨基酸即赖氨酸、含硫氨基酸、苏氨酸、色氨酸水平相同的条件下,蛋白质水平对生长猪采食量、日增重和饲料增重比有一定影响,但各处理组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。日粮蛋白质水平对血清生化指标有一定影响,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。
