摘要：

矿物元素指纹图谱技术具有灵敏度高、分析速度快、检出限低等优点,已被广泛应用于农产品产地溯源之中,对分辨我国不同地区的农产品有重要意义。该文主要在平行比较和分析了同等技术下,阐述了矿物元素指纹图谱技术的优越性及局限性,并介绍其在农产品产地溯源中的应用情况,同时对其发展前景进行展望。
