轰动世界的"谷歌退出中国"事件发生后,网络自由和网络监管成了人们频繁讨论的话题。以此事件作为我们思考的起点,剖析西方发达国家网络管制的内容及其手段,显得尤为重要。英国作为西方社会自由民主的代表,在网络管制方面具有极其典型的意义。围绕英国网络管制的内容及其手段展开分析,以期给予我国网络管理带来一点启示。
