社区老年人衰弱现状及其影响因素研究

目的 :调查社区老年人衰弱发生现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法 :采用方便抽样的方法,对北京市两个城区8个社区683名居家老年人进行问卷调查及身体评估。结果 :683例老年人中不衰弱、衰弱前期、衰弱发生率分别为43.2%、45.7%和11.1%,握力低、身体活动量低是老年人中发生最多的两个衰弱问题。Logistic回归分析显示,衰弱的危险因素有男性、高龄、尿失禁、自评健康状况差、抑郁、认知障碍、睡眠质量不佳。结论:社区老年人衰弱问题应引起重视;衰弱受多种因素影响,针对老年人衰弱需要采取多角度、多学科的干预策略。
