摘要：

血浆和组织中存在的纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(PAI-1)在纤溶系统中起着关键作用,它调控纤维蛋白在胸膜腔和腹膜腔的沉积,且影响胸膜在受到感染或理化因素损伤后的再生修复和纤维化发展。本文就其研究进展进行了综述。
