<正>小分子药物是当前抗肿瘤研究的热点。槲皮素是自然界分布最广的类黄酮化合物之一,相对分子质量为302.23,具有确切的抗肿瘤作用。构效关系研究表明,槲皮素β环上的邻苯二酚结构和2,3位的双键,对抗肿瘤作用具有重要相关性。本研究就近年来对槲皮素抗肿瘤的化学预防、基因调控、信号转导和逆
