单个光纤光栅实现对位移和温度的同时测量

摘要
结合光纤光栅悬臂梁调谐的特点 ,采用一种新颖的光纤光栅悬臂梁结构 ,将光纤光栅粘贴在悬臂梁和固定端基板的结合处 ,成功地实现了对位移和温度的同时测量。基于光谱分析仪 0 1nm的光谱分辨率 ,实验可得到的位移分辨率为 0 0 8mm ,温度分辨率为 3 1℃ (位移不变时可达 0 73℃ ) ,位移测量范围可达 10 5mm。实验结果与理论分析基本一致
