摘要
口服结肠定位释药系统因能提高局部给药浓度、降低用药剂量、减少不良反应等优点而备受研究者关注。本文从口服结肠定位系统的设计原理、分类以及体内外评价方法等方面进行综述,为口服结肠定位释药系统的开发和利用提供理论依据。
