摘要：
类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种累及多关节的慢性系统性炎性自身免疫性疾病。近年来,研究一直专注于预测疾病发病、疾病进展、关节损伤和治疗反应的生物标记物。白色脂肪组织作为一种多效性器官,不仅具有内分泌功能,而且参与多种病理生理过程,包括免疫和炎性反应。白色脂肪组织分泌的脂肪细胞因子,参与RA的发病。该文对可能作为疾病活动和治疗反应的潜在生物标记物的脂肪细胞因子的研究进展进行综述。
