摘要：

心肌缺血再灌注损伤是一个复杂的病理生理过程,而中性粒细胞通过细胞因子、补体、氧自由基、蛋白酶、黏附分子等参与再灌注损伤的多个过程。了解中性粒细胞在其中的作用,对于治疗心肌缺血再灌注损伤有重要意义。
