摘要：

黄褐斑的病因不明,可能的致病因素有妊娠、内分泌、某些药物、遗传、肝脏疾病及紫外线等。近年来有人认为本病可能与微生态失衡有关。用伍德光检查,根据色素的深浅分为表皮型、真皮型、混合型和不确定型。口服维生素E、维生素C和外用维甲酸、氢醌霜、益生素和壬二酸治疗黄褐斑有效。N-乙酰-4-S-半胱胺酸酚是一种新的退色剂,治疗黄褐斑有极好的效果。
