摘要
脂肪酸结合蛋白(FABPs)属于脂结合蛋白(lipid-binding proteins)超家族中的一类,根据其组织的特异性分布,可分为肝型(L-FABP)、小肠型(I-FABP)、心肌型(H-FABP)等9种。目前国外研究L-FABP在肾脏疾病中具有重要的意义,国内尚无报道,本文就L-FABP在肾脏疾病中的研究进展做一简要综述。
