1983-1986年安阳刘家庄殷代墓葬发掘报告

From 1983 to 1986, the Anyang MunicipaI Archaeological Team excavated 34 tombs of the Shang Dynasty at the site to the north of Liujiaczhuang Village in Anyang city. All are eathen shaft tombs, most of them have coffins and waist pits and are extended supine position burials. The grave goods are 211 pieces and some bronze vessels unearthed from the tomb M1 , M2 and M9 have valuable inscriptions. The discovery has provded new infomation for the study of family graveyard and muitiple burials tombs of the Shang Dynasty.
