活动平衡信心量表(中文版)的信度与效度研究

摘要：

目的评价中文版活动平衡信心量表(ABC量表)的信度和效度。方法采用中文版ABC量表对46名上海市甘泉地区的老年人进行跌倒恐惧的评估,并于3周后应用相同量表再次进行评定。结果 ABC量表的总评分与各项目评分的重测信度的组内相关系数(ICC)范围在0.77～0.98之间,评估者间信度的ICC范围在0.71～0.98之间,内部一致性相关系数为0.95。采用因子分析法评价量表的结构效度,共析出2个公因子,对总方差的贡献率分别为57.6%,12.0%。结论中文版ABC量表具有较好的信度和效度,适合对中国大陆地区的老年人进行跌倒恐惧的评估。
