摘要：

功能性胃肠病(FGIDs)是常见的消化道疾病,其发病机制复杂。目前认为FGIDs是由多种因素共同作用的结果,遗传、胃肠动力障碍、内脏高敏感、肠道感染、脑-肠轴功能紊乱等因素与本病发生有关。本文对FGIDs的多种发病机制的最新研究作一综述。
