摘要：

孤核受体是没有配体或尚未发现配体的核受体。数十种孤核受体亚家族广泛分布于机体各组织。孤核受体可以在孤核受体相关辅助因子的调控下 ,以单体或多聚体形式与孤核受体作用元件作用来调控基因转录 ,从而调节机体的各种生理活动。目前已有部分孤核受体的配体被发现 ,这对孤核受体的研究具有重要意义。
