21例老年非瓣膜病性心房颤动患者使用华法林抗凝的随访管理

报道21例老年非瓣膜病性心房颤动患者使用华法林抗凝治疗的随访管理。针对老年非瓣膜病性房颤患者卒中的高危风险及认知和行为能力下降,进行长期使用华法林抗凝治疗和指导、定期门诊随访,落实血浆凝血酶原时间国际标准化比率的定期监测及华法林的剂量调整,为患者长期有效安全进行抗凝治疗提供了保障,有效降低了患者卒中的发生率。
