摘要
<正>单侧忽略(unilateral neglect,UN)是脑卒中后一种常见但容易被忽视的神经系统综合征,以右脑损伤最为多见,主要表现为患者对于病灶对侧空间的刺激不能察觉或正确反应[1]。尽管部分患者的UN症状会很快恢复,然而大多数患者的症状会持续存在。由于伴随UN的脑卒中患者不能注意到大脑损伤对侧的认知刺激,其平衡功能、本体感觉等也因此出现不同程度的障碍,影响脑卒中患者的功能康复,导致患者日常
