<正>癫痫(epilepsy,EP)是神经科常见的慢性临床综合征,困扰着全世界约1%的人群[1]。目前,EP的治疗以抗痫药物(antiepileptic drugs,AEDs)为主,然而其长期使用会引起神经系统、消化系统和血液系统的严重不良反应,使部分患者无法耐受。同时,约25%的EP患者即使使用AEDs EP仍反复发作,甚至成为难治性EP[1]。虽然部分难治性EP患者可以通过手术治疗,但致痫
