摘要：

中国学界、实务界热议个人破产制度应有的立法价值、免责以及滥用问题,这些问题在韩国也曾出现。本文对韩国个人破产制度的框架以及实施中的问题点、争议、今后面临的课题进行了全面梳理,结合案例进行分析,以期韩国个人破产制度对中国个人破产法制度构建有所启发。
