摘要：

疼痛不仅是躯体事件,更是一种心理事件。疼痛反应总是与不愉快的情绪相关联(如厌恶、恐惧等),继而使人产生退缩、逃避、反抗的行为,同时引起体内复杂的生理功能的变化。本文就心理因素对疼痛认知调控的解剖生理基础和心理因素对疼痛认知调控理论在临床中的应用进行综述。
