摘要：

极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症是一种特殊类型的腰椎间盘突出,普通CT和MRI常规断面成像不能明确诊断,通常需要行磁共振腰骶脊神经根成像来明确。通过磁共振脊神经根成像,可以提供比较准确的腰骶部脊神经局部解剖信息,非常清晰而且直观地显示腰骶部脊神经根走行,明确神经根受压情况,避免极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的漏诊。本研究综述了磁共振神经根成像技术在极外侧型腰椎间盘突出中的应用研究进展。
