摘要
随着饮食结构和生活方式的改变,2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝的患者不断增多,其发病机制相关分子包括FGF21、Fetuin-A、SREBP-1、PPARα、IGFBP-1、IGF-1、TNF-α、CTRP3和AMPK等。期待不久的将来可以针对其分子靶点研发出高效的治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的药物。
