奥沙利铂神经毒性机制及基因多态性研究进展

摘要
随着肿瘤发病率的不断增加,奥沙利铂(OXA)已广泛应用于以大肠癌为主的各种肿瘤的治疗中,为患者延长寿命的同时,也给患者造成了不良反应,其中OXA导致周围神经系统毒性发生率高达90%。严重的周围神经系统毒性往往造成患者生活质量的下降,用药剂量被迫调整,甚至终止治疗,而达不到预期的治疗效果。最新研究显示多种指标可用于预测OXA相关的外周神经病变,为实现个体化药物治疗、提高化疗的连续性带来了希望。现对OXA周围神经毒性的临床特征、发生机制和基因多态性的最新进展作一综述。
